- To redeem your birthday voucher, do kindly send a copy of your IC showing clearly your name and IC number to support@howzituk.co.uk.
Kindly include your name (as per on IC), IC number and date of birth. This is applicable only if IC name tallies with account holder name.
- Birthday vouchers are valid only in the birthday month (30 days) not applicable for returns and exchanges or with any other discounts.
- Birthday vouchers cannot be used on sale/offer items.
