Returns & Exchange
howzituk Return and Exchange Policy applies only to online purchases made via www.howzituk.co.uk.
All exchanges and returns have to be done within 7 working days from date of delivery and 3 working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
Please take a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece and forward the snapshot to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to mailing.
For returns due to defect or incorrect pieces received, we will require them to be mailed back to us via Registered Mail. This will need to be made known in the email accordingly. Return address will be notified via the email as well. We will refund postage for any defective or incorrect items returned, up to maximum of €$2.00.
In such circumstance, if there is a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon receiving the Registered Article number. However, if the item is no longer available, you will be allowed to make an exchange to another item, or opt for a store credit. Postage charges incurred will be refunded via store credits. There will be strictly no cash refunds.
For exchange of sizes/colours due to a misfit or change in customers' preferences, exchanges will only be entertained if item is still in stock. Postage costs to and fro due to this exchange will have to be completely borne by the customer. Please note that customers have to return products to us via Registered Mail under this option, and make payment for a re-mail of the new item to them via their preferred mode of delivery. In the event that item is no longer in stock, a credit voucher equal to the value of the apparel will be issued to the customer and it will be valid for one month from date of issue and there will strictly be no extension of validity period.
- All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in howzituk wrapping bag.
- Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly. Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.75" as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will NOT be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
- Minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping buttons which can be sewn on, etc will NOT be considered for exchange/return/refund.
- For printed items, do allow variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.
- Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
- All sale items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable howzituk will not accede to any exchange/refund request should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.
- All sale items or any discount tagged items/order are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- For light colored items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.
- For redelivery via standard courier, it will be €$3.00 as the courier charges was subsidized earlier on for the purchase.
- Exchanges will be entertained only once per order (invoiced).
howzituk reserves all rights to exercise discretion in what constitutes a defect. If, upon stringent checks, we find that the item does not qualify as a defect, customer would have to proceed with return as per our returns policy stated above.
